Gallo's Seafood - A Delicious American Seafood Experience in Philadelphia, PA

It was Christmas Eve, we had a large party and our server did the best he could. We had a room to our own. It worked out well. The food was yummy.

The place was packed and someone had called off. Mike, however, treated us like we were the special guests he had waited for all night! His unhurried, yet competent ability to serve us made the night completely enjoyable. The food as usual was excellent. This is our #1place to go for great service and the best burger in town! The good music was an asset too!

Great Group of people to be around and spend time with. Food is great! The atmosphere is amazing. Very friendly people. I took a group of people from here to the Phillies game! Their seafood has always been the best in the northeast, though lets be honest, it was a boomer place. My parents' restaurant where we went for funerals or family reunions. These new changes have brought new life into the place. The burger bar is great and a fantastic spot to watch a game, but they just built a new brick oven. Good Lord. The reason I am making this post is for their new brick oven pizza alone. I am telling you, it is the best in Philly, and I've lived here for 50+ years. Thin crust, well done, Margherita style. Trust me. Thank me later.

I’ve been coming to Gallo’s for 40+ years. My most recent visit, everything was great! The filet mignon was cooked perfectly, tasted delicious and presented well. Brian, our server, was attentive and friendly. Will be back again and again!

This was a fabulous place. We definitely need to get back to try other menu items. Seafood menu on one side and burger menu on the other. Our server Astasia certainly was attentive to detail and a great conversationalist while being focused on each task, a wonderful young lady. We started with appetizers' fried pickles, onion rings, mussels, and my choice of a bowl of shrimp and crab bisque from Harv's menu. My wife Melanie started the night with a cheesecake martini and surprisingly ordered another midway through the visit. Her meal was a shrimp sampler (stuffed, scampi, and fried). My meal was broiled scallops with two sides. I definitely want to get back to try other things!

This was our first time eating here. Mrs Diana made us feel welcomed as soon as we were seated. She is very helpful and has a smile that puts you at ease. The food was delicious. I will be hoing back and will definitely recommend Gallo's.

I come to Gallo's every couple months, and the food is always yummy! Service is usually great (occasionally they are slow, but due to them being busy). I never had a bad meal. The mixed greens salad was amazing, with blue cheese, walnuts, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, tossed in vinaigrette. Clans casino also yummy! Main course are always fresh as well!
